This Privacy Policy explains how QTech collects, uses, stores, and protects information when merchants and staff use the app to manage products, customers, orders, deliveries, notifications, maps, and Bluetooth receipt printing.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the app, we may collect and store:

Account information such as your name, email address, phone number, username, password, and staff role.
Business and operational information such as products, stock data, pricing, orders, branches, suppliers, task assignments, and internal notes.
Customer and delivery information that you enter, including names, phone numbers, addresses, and stored map coordinates.
Printer settings and Bluetooth printer identifiers needed to support compatible receipt-printing features.
Notification-related data such as device or browser push tokens and message delivery metadata used for alerts and updates.
Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, app activity, crash or diagnostic signals, and login time for security, support, and analytics.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

Create and manage accounts, user sessions, and staff access.
Process orders, fulfillment, stock updates, payments, and delivery workflows.
Display addresses and map locations that are stored in your records.
Send operational notifications, delivery updates, and support communications.
Connect to supported Bluetooth printers when you choose to print receipts.
Maintain app performance, troubleshoot issues, improve features, and protect the service against abuse or unauthorized access.

3. Maps, Location Data, and Printing

The app may store and display addresses or coordinates that users enter for customers, suppliers, shops, branches, deliveries, or orders. This information is used to support fulfillment, routing, and internal record-keeping.

The current Android release does not request device location permission for general app use. Map features rely on stored data entered into the app rather than continuous live device location collection.

If you use printing features on Android, the app may request Bluetooth permissions to discover and connect to supported Bluetooth printers. The current Android release does not declare USB printer support.

4. Notifications

If notifications are enabled, we may use push messaging services to send operational alerts, order updates, task reminders, or delivery-related messages. Disabling notifications may prevent you from receiving time-sensitive updates.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share information only when necessary, including with:

Service providers that support hosting, authentication, cloud messaging, mapping, analytics, and customer support.
Delivery or operational partners when order or address details are required for fulfillment.
Payment processors when needed to complete transactions securely.
Authorities or legal bodies when required by law or when necessary to protect our rights, users, or service integrity.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the app, maintain business records, support merchants and staff, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Your Choices

You may choose whether to use optional Bluetooth printing features.
You may disable notifications in your device or browser settings, but some alerts or updates may no longer reach you.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain information, subject to legal and operational requirements.

9. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for business and operational use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the effective date.
